Arrival and CheckIn
When is the reception open?
Our reception is open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Until what time and how do I check in?
During the week, just come to our reception between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. After checking in, we will personally take you to your room, explain everything to you and give you tips on what to eat and drink in Kirchheim.
How does the key safe work?
Please let us know in good time if you would like to check in using the key safe. All we need is your mobile number. We will send you a WhatsApp or SMS with the safe code and a few instructions before your arrival. Then you can check in 24/7 in complete peace of mind.
Where exactly can I park my car?
As our parking lot for check-in is currently being completed, we would like to ask you to park in the parking lot of the "Nanz Center Kirchheim" as soon as you arrive. The entrance is on the corner of Kolbstraße/Schülestraße. Our reception is directly opposite on the entrance road.
Can I charge my electric car?
We can provide you with two 11 kW charging stations for your electric car in our underground car park. Please let us know before you arrive. The charge will then be added to your room bill at €0.42 per kWh used.
How do I check out?
To check out, simply leave your key on the table in your room when you leave and close the door.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept the most common EC and credit cards including American Express at reception. You can also pay via Paypal (to pay@con4rent.de), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Of course, we also accept cash.
How does a cancellation work?
If you book through Booking.com, you must cancel directly with Booking.com. We cannot do this for you. You will also be shown any fees that may apply there.
Will I receive an invoice?
Of course, you will receive a corresponding VAT invoice from us at the end of your stay. We usually send this to you by email to minimize the use of paper. Of course, we can also give you the invoice in paper form if you wish.

What is the Chill & Dine area?
The Chill&Dine area is the central area in our hotel concept and is open to all our guests. It extends your room to include a large living and dining room. Here you can relax on the sofa, work on your laptop, make yourself a coffee and use the fully equipped kitchen. Or you can even invite friends or family over.
How does breakfast work?
Please let us know by 8 p.m. the evening before via WhatsApp on 49 1511 229 1738 if you would like breakfast. The cost will be communicated to you when you book. Also let us know what time you would like breakfast and if you have any intolerances.
How does television reception work?
We don't have traditional TV channel reception because we generate our own electricity with our own solar system on the roof. This means there is no space for a satellite dish. The TVs are therefore on the Internet. This means that you can access an enormous number of films through streaming services and media libraries.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
No, the rooms do not have air conditioning. The reason is that during the planning phase we decided not to install air conditioning for reasons of common sense:
Can I bring a dog?
If you would like to bring a dog, please let us know in advance. Out of consideration for the other guests, only small dogs are allowed. We would also like to ask you to follow our dog rules. You will find these in the guest folder in your room.
